We aim for every formula and reference table on this site to be correct and to use widely accepted standard values, such as the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the US Navy body fat method, the Boer lean body mass formula, standard MET values, and the original 1994 Wilks coefficient formula. Even so, results are provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy for a specific purpose, and individual results can vary from formula-based estimates.
